I Corinthians 3:9 “For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building. 10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. 11 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13 each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is. 14 If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward.” 
 
Oh, the wisdom of God.  Only built upon Christ.  God’s wisdom was to bring forth in the Lord Jesus Christ, and only in Him.  In the old covenant we see a picture of the wisdom of God.  God granting wisdom to the men who would construct his tabernacle and his temple.  In one place it is said there was no hewn stone in the building of the altar.  This is speaking that man will not add to it.  Nothing of man.  The wisdom and supply to build the altar and the house would come of God. 
 
Let us here this.  Moses went up unto God and saw the pattern.  God showed him, revealed to him the house.  Only in the revelation shown by God, even in type and shadow, did the house come forth.  Christ the House we are made part of is not a type or shadow, but he is the divine wisdom of God that we build up the church in for the habitation of God by Spirt.  Glory to God!

Solomon said there was no new thing under the sun.  In other words, the things of man are the same.  He said all is vanity and vexation of spirit.  We could say that this is a sad state of affairs for the sons of men.
 
Now the Apostle Paul saw a light brighter than the new day son.  He come to a greater light.  He began to see the Wisdom and Power of God through this Light who is Christ. Here man finds purpose.  Here is where God's love and intention is found.  This light of God shining into our hearts to show the mind, will and purposes of God.  Glory to God!

Christ is the power of God that takes us from Adam, a man laden in sin, into the life of the Spirit.  We are moved from the humanity of the Old Man into the New Man, who is Christ.  It is His Power in us that brings us there and transforms us to His Image.  So  much can be said to Christ the power of God.  Glory to the Living God!  May His Name be Exalted in ALL the earth!

How is Christ the Power of God?  Simple, he moves us from a dead man into a Living expression of God.  Christ in you is God's power in you.  This power of God brings us into the image of God's dear Son!  Glory to God!

The Revelation of Jesus Christ VII - The Eyes of the Heart

Paul's prayer was that the heart would be enlightened in the knowledge of Christ.  Consider for a moment the transition.  As a man or woman we were born in Adam (natural creation).  Our heart was in that knowledge.  We lived in that knowledge.  Now Paul's cry is that we come to the knowledge of another.  We come there through Christ being revealed in us!
 
May God reveal His Son in Us.  Glory to God

The Revelation of Jesus Christ - Seeing

Jesus says, recorded in John 14, "if you have seen me you have seen the Father also."  In Matthew's Gospel it is declared that Peter says, "thou art the Christ the Son of the living God."  This declaration comes from a Revelation of the Spirit of God and not of Peter's own ability.  In Galatians 1, The Apostle Paul declares that God revealed His Son IN him.  And finally in II Corinthians Chapter III and IV, the Apostle Paul declares we are changed (transformed) by beholding the glory of the Lord.
 
Seeing Him is everything to our walk.  We can only see Him by the Spirit.  Seeing Him is the way unto transformation.  To have a changed (transformed) mind and heart it takes the Lord.  When our heart turns to Him, we will see.  John turned and saw according to Revelation 1.  Sometimes what we turn from is our own religious beliefs to see Him.  He is the light to our souls.   We are to come and walk in the Light that He is.  Glory to God!

The Revelation of Jesus Christ VI – His Appearing Unto Expression
In John 16 it is written by the Apostle John that Jesus said, the Holy Spirit will take that of Him and show it unto us.  This is how we express that of Christ.  The Spirit of God reveals that of Him in us.  He shows Christ to us to transform our hearts and minds to that of Him.  We come to know by the Spirit that of Christ, to be the expression of Him in the earth.  We are His body, and as His body we should be the expression of Him. 
Look closely at John 16, Jesus saying, “12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.  13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.” 
 Jesus was received up into Glory.  He went back unto the Father.  As a thought, could these be the same thing?  So, the things of Christ were received up into God who Spirit.  Now the Holy Spirit comes and shows us the things of Christ.  All things, including His death, including His burial, and including His resurrection.  Now in His resurrection is His ascension into God.  Here is how we bear the things of Christ. Jesus ascended back unto the Father with all the work He has done. God by His Spirit indwells us and reveals Christ in all His fullness, who transforms our souls.  Glory to God!

The Revelation of Jesus Christ IV - He Takes Away, He Establishes

Christ was revealed to all Israel at John's Baptism.  The Jews were gathered to John at His Baptism.  Here is where Christ was first revealed to them at the water, "Behold the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world." Also, "This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased." 
If we can here it, John said he must decrease and Christ must increase.  Here in this statement is taking away and establishing. No longer was there a prophet coming declaring the Christ.  Jesus was now the fulfillment of what the prophets declared.
At the encounter of the woman of Samaria, Jesus sat on Jacob's well.  The woman asked if He was greater than her father Jacob.  No longer would they be able to drink from Jacob to be the family of God.  They now had to drink from the fountain Himself, who is Christ.  Jesus fulfilled what the wells of Jacob, Abraham or any other prophet spoke of.  The well of living water is now in Christ.  Glory to God!
