The Revelation of Jesus Christ II
Saturday Apr 30, 2022
Saturday Apr 30, 2022
1Corinthians "1:4 I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5 That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6 Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7 So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: 8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord."
I want you to look at the word coming here in this scripture. It is the word REVELATION if you look up the Greek word. Revelation is an unveiling. So Paul was saying that we wait (look for), expect the Revealing of Jesus Christ. In this revealing we are confirmed to the end, which could simply meat to come to the goal and purpose of God. What is intended of God. That would be his goal.
By the Revealing of Jesus Christ we come to the purpose of God. In Christ we are complete, and made whole. We could consider the Day of Christ, as walking in that which is His Light. For example, in the light of the Old Covenant, I would have been walking in condemnation, always desiring to be complete. In the New Covenant we are walking in the Light (Day) of Christ, which is no condemnation, completion, forgiveness, redemption, fullness of God and on and on. All that relates to Christ is to be known by us in this new day! Glory to God!

The Revelation of Jesus Christ
Saturday Apr 23, 2022
Saturday Apr 23, 2022
This series is dealing with Christ revealed in His Church. Paul said when it pleased God, who separated him from his mother's womb and called him by His Grace, to reveal his Son in Him. In Paul's writings, he is dealing with Christ revealed in the believer, Christ revealed in the Church.
Peter declared "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the Living God." Jesus said to Him, "flesh and blood did not reveal this, but my Father who is in Heaven." He goes on to say, "Upon this rock I will build my church." The church, who is His Body, is built upon Him. We are built through Him being revealed in us. Glory to God.

The Feasts of Tabernacles - Conclusion
Saturday Apr 16, 2022
Saturday Apr 16, 2022
In King Solomon's day all of the rest of God flowed unto all of the House of Israel. Solomon brought up the furniture into the House of God at the Feast of Tabernacles. All of the children of Israel was gathered to the offerings without measure, the greatness of the Temple, the filling of the House with the Glory Cloud. Israel was called up to God's Glory and rest which was known in the land in the days of Solomon.
Here is the Feast of Tabernacles. His rest flowing unto us. Rest from all of our enemies and God flowing to us in plenty. All that is done in Christ gathered up in our hearts that we would live and flow together in the knowledge of Him and His Glorious Throne. Just as Israel was gathered to Solomon's throne, we are gathered unto the Throne of Jesus Christ.
1Ch 22:9 Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about; for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days. 10 He shall build a house for my name; and he shall be my son, and I will be his father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel for ever.
Where is this fulfilled but in the Lord Jesus Christ. The peace of God flowing unto us as a river. The throne of peace peace established forever. Here in Christ our land is at peace. 2 Thessalonians 3:16 "Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all."
We are a people dwelling in the peace and rest of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are a people that the throne of peace are established in. We are a people who manifest His peace and rest in the earth.

The Feast of Tabernacles - King Solomon’s Reign
Saturday Apr 09, 2022

1Ki 8:1 "Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers' houses of the children of Israel, unto king Solomon in Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of Jehovah out of the city of David, which is Zion. 2 And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast, in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month. 3 And all the elders of Israel came, and the priests took up the ark. 4 And they brought up the ark of Jehovah, and the tent of meeting, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent; even these did the priests and the Levites bring up. 5 And king Solomon and all the congregation of Israel, that were assembled unto him, were with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen, that could not be counted nor numbered for multitude. 6 And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of Jehovah unto its place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubim. 7 For the cherubim spread forth their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and the staves thereof above. 8 And the staves were so long that the ends of the staves were seen from the holy place before the oracle; but they were not seen without: and there they are unto this day. 9 There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone which Moses put there at Horeb, when Jehovah made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt. 10 And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of Jehovah, 11 so that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud; for the glory of Jehovah filled the house of Jehovah."
At the Feast of Tabernacles, Solomon brought in the furniture from the Tabernacle to the Temple. Here in type and shadow God found his rest. Here the Israelites also found rest. Consider with me the thought in I John as He is so are we in the earth. In type and shadow it is seen right here. This people was in divine rest as God's rest had come into the Temple.
Also, consider the abundance that was here. The sacrifices without number for example. Why so large? They are speaking of the greatness of our Lord's sacrifice. It is without measurement, and is only known by the Spirit of God. Solomon has wisdom unlike any other. Here again is the picture of our Lord Jesus Christ. Everything at rest and in abundance. Glory to God!

The Atonement - Covered with His Fullness 2021-06-08
Saturday Apr 02, 2022
Saturday Apr 02, 2022
What would be greater than His fullness? Unfortunately, in our minds we may see many things greater than Him. Much of this is because of how we were taught. We have been taught that streets of gold, gates of pearl and so forth are the prize. We don't understand that all of these things are declaring the quality of Christ, the fullness of His life, which is now in us.
Jesus prayed in John 17 that we would be one, "I in them thou in me that they be made perfect in One." I see nothing greater than that period. What we are seeking is this which He prayed to be made sure in our hearts and minds, and to be expressed in the earth in our bodies. My desire is to be clothed in this, to live in this. Glory to God in the Highest.
This should be the thought and prayer of the entire Church that we would know and express His fullness. We would know and express Him as He is. Glory to God!

The Atonement - Beholding The Face
Friday Mar 25, 2022
Friday Mar 25, 2022
2Co 3:13 And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: 14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. 15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. 16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
Not as Moses. What a statement. This entire Covenant is not like the Covenant with Moses. Don't get me wrong, Moses was a great man, an incredible man who loved God. But this is not as Moses who put a veil over his face.
Jesus is unveiled. Our hearts are unveiled when we turn to Him to see the Glory of the Lord in the face of Jesus Christ. To see Him and be changed. This is how we are changed by seeing His Glory. We are changed from the glory of the old to the glory of the new. The new is Christ.
Consider for a moment the old. It showed you your iniquity. It showed you your inability. You were lost. Now consider the new. You are in Christ. You are in the Glory of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. He reins over your weakness. The Lord is our strength. He is our righteousness. We could go on and on. The ever increasing glory of God revealed IN US in the Person of Jesus Christ who lives in us! Glory to God!

The Atonement - The Presence of God

The Atonement - The Presence
Jesus ascended back unto the Father. In John 17 it is recorded that He prayed, Father glorify me with thyself with the glory I had with the before the world was. What is God's self? God is a Spirit. God is Light. God is Love. God is a consuming fire. Jesus went back into what God is.
In Hebrews 9, the Bible says that He appears in the Presence of God for us. If I consider this, I could potentially conclude that Jesus, all the work done in the man of Galilee appears in God's Presence for us. His death, His Burial, His Resurrection is in the Presence. It was received unto God. He was received unto God. Now this of Christ that is in the Presence of God appears unto us. "Those who look for Him, He shall appear the second unto salvation."
He appears in God's presence. What do we see in God's Presence? We see Jesus!. Amen!

The Atonement - His Appearing
Friday Mar 04, 2022
Friday Mar 04, 2022
The Book of Hebrews 9 says, Christ appears the second time unto salvation. Many look at this as a natural appearing of the Lord Jesus. However, the second appearing can be seen as the New Creation, Christ in you. He appears to our salvation. This appearing is in our hearts.
His appearing is our salvation. In His appearing we begin to see our salvation. For example, we see we are righteous. We see we are whole. We see we have life. All of this is in Him appearing in us. He is the substance of all of these things. He is made unto us these things. He is our salvation. Glory to God

Life In Christ Jesus
I am Wayne Shelton the Pastor of New Life Tabernacle, a gathering of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ located in Culpeper, VA. I have been in Ministry for over 20 years and declare the Revelation of Jesus Christ to the Body of Christ. The aim and purpose of Ministry is to edify the Body of Christ, that the believer may grow in the knowledge of the Lord and come to the full stature of the Son of God as declared in Ephesians Chapter 3. The heart of this Ministry is that the believer may come to an inward knowing of the Lord Jesus Christ. Not simply that Christ is my heart, which is a part of the knowing, but the full measure of what He is within us, which operates to conform us and transform us into His very nature and character by the Word of God and the working of the Spirit of the Lord.
Colossians 2:9&10 "9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:"
Colossians 2 is a very powerful scripture, declaring the believer’s completion in the Lord Jesus Christ. However, many believers do not feel complete, or understand the work the Lord did on the cross. From Sunday to Sunday many believers struggle, not understanding the depth and degree of the work of the cross. It is our aim to bring you into this fellowship of God’s dear Son and His Work that He completed on the cross. Paul declared "That I might know Him, and the power of His Resurrection." His desire was that believers' hearts would turn from world, including religion to a heart that would cry, “I might know Him!” With this turning, there is an assurance that the Lord will give us the desires of the heart. So, understanding that He becomes our desire, the Lord Jesus will fill us with Himself with the very essence and nature of Him that we may know the greatness of our salvation in Jesus Christ our Lord, and declare it in the earth.
May the Lord Jesus be declared and manifested in His Body, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ
