The Feasts of Trumpets - Hearing the Voice
Saturday Dec 18, 2021
Saturday Dec 18, 2021
When we look at the Feasts of Trumpets, what comes to mind? Have we ever thought about it? The Trumpet blast makes a powerful sound. By the blast of the Trumpet, the walls of Jericho fell.
When we consider Jericho, the only sound coming from the seven priests was the sound of the Trumpet. The trumpets of RAMs horns, a male lamb. We could and should consider this voice to be the voice of the Lamb. When nothing comes out of the priesthood but the voice of the lamb walls crumble.
This is the voice that the Priesthood must hear. This is the voice that the Priesthood must declare. It must go through the Lord's Body, the Voice of the Lamb. What does the Lamb of God declare. What is declared in you by His Voice. Have you as John did, turned to see the Voice that is being declared? This voice is our gathering to the Atonement. This Voice is the Gathering to Feast of Tabernacles. Let us turn to see the voice! Glory to God!

The Feast of Tabernacles II - The Trumpets, The Ingathering of Harvest
Saturday Dec 11, 2021

"That your fruit may remain." These may be some of the most powerful words Jesus proclaimed as He walked upon the earth. If we hear this, it can have an upmost impact to understanding the desire of God for our lives. The fruit, remaining.
Jesus declared that, "I AM the Vine, you are the branches." The substance of the Vine flows through us the branches. The substance of the Tree, produces the fruit. The fruit remaining is that of Him. That of Christ, which has been revealed in us, remaining or staying. What does that mean? I would say, becoming par of our very being. The divine nature as our nature. His expression through His branches.
This to me is the hope of the Gospel. The Living Christ, who is in me, being revealed and that of Him gathered up in our souls, minds and beings for expression. I have seen what I can express of myself without Him, and I would say it is not very good. I want to see that of Him gathered up into me, who now dwells in the vine, and produce that which He is. Glory to God!!

The Feast of Tabernacles - That Your Fruit May Remain
Friday Dec 03, 2021
Friday Dec 03, 2021
Considering that all things are fulfilled in Christ, and gathered up in Him, as Ephesians 1 says, how then would we define Tabernacles? How was it fulfilled and how does it apply to us today? I sincerely believe this study will help you and I arrive to that understanding.
Looking back at the Feast of Tabernacles as it applied to the natural Israel, I want to bring to our attention that at this time the Israelites were gathering fruit up from the fields:
Lev 23:38 "besides the sabbath of Jehovah, and besides your gifts, and besides all your vows, and besides all your free-will offerings which you give to Jehovah. 39 Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruit of the land, you shall keep a feast to Jehovah seven days. On the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath. 40 And you shall take the fruit of majestic trees for yourselves on the first day, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the valley. And you shall rejoice before Jehovah your God seven days. 41 And you shall keep it a feast to Jehovah seven days in the year. It shall be a statute forever in your generations. You shall keep it in the seventh month."
In John 15:16 as Jesus was speaking of his relationship of the Vine and the branches, he makes a statement, "Ye have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit and that your fruit should remain, that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in My name, He may give it to you." Here in relationship to the vine, we are to bear His fruit, and His fruit is to be gathered up and remain.
That of Christ that we have received, which has been revealed in us is to remain in us. This is I believe Tabernacles. When that we of Him is remaining, abiding in us, we are enjoying The Feast of Tabernacles. May all of Him be gathered up into us! Glory to God!

The Feasts of the Lord - Pentecost VII - Christ in the Midst
Saturday Nov 27, 2021
Saturday Nov 27, 2021
This is the reality of Pentecost that we must come to, CHRIST IN OUR MIDST! I grew up in Church as a Pentecostal. In the understanding I grew up with, I never connected Pentecost to the Feasts of the Lord, but to the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. This was my connection to Pentecost, that we would be Baptized in the Spirit, speak in tongues, and do the works of Jesus. While I believe this to be truth of Pentecost, I believe it goes much deeper. The deepness of it is Christ in our midst. Christ in you.
Jesus declared that when the Spirit comes we would KNOW! KNOW WHAT? "I am in my Father, you are in me, and I am in you." By the coming of the Holy Spirit, we know that Christ is in us. The Holy Spirit declares Him to us. Shews Him to us. Reveals the Living Christ, who is our very life to us. To me this is the Feast of Pentecost, the Spiritual Reality of Christ Jesus Living in His People, and His People coming to this realization that He is in us and we are in Him. Glory to God!

The Feast of the Lord - Pentecost VII
Saturday Nov 20, 2021
Saturday Nov 20, 2021
When we think on Pentecost, what was its ultimate purpose? The Spirit would come. This was the purpose of God in Pentecost. He would pour out His Spirit and we would partake of it.
Now what was the purpose of the Spirit? When the Spirit would come, he would show us Christ. "He shall take of mine and show it to us." He shall speak of Christ. Christ would be revealed in us. That is the purpose of the Spirit of God. Glory to God. Christ revealed, dwelling in His people.

The Feasts of the Lord - Pentecost - The Living Word II
Friday Nov 12, 2021
Friday Nov 12, 2021
We live by the Lord Jesus Christ. He is our Life. He is the Living Word. At Mt. Sinai, a Covenant came that the children of Israel were to live by unto God. This was all according to the flesh. However, it was speaking of a GREATER WORD to come. This GREATER WORD was a Person, who is our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are in Covenant with God in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Word we live by. Consider this closely. Christ Jesus is a quickening, life giving Word that has the power to bring us out of death and into life. The Old Covenant Word could not do that. It pointed to the quickening power of Christ, but could not bring it forth.
Christ has brought it forth. If we can hear it, the Covenant we live in is as He is. It pertains to His Work at Calvary, death, burial and resurrection. It pertains to His Glorification. This is the what or WHO we live unto God by. Christ Jesus is our Covenant Word. Glory to God.

The Feasts of the Lord - Pentecost V - The Living Word
Saturday Nov 06, 2021
Saturday Nov 06, 2021
At Mount Sinai, the Israelites received the word, the law. Through this Law, word of Covenant they were going to live unto God. This Word would be their medicine and deliverance. This Word would be on their mind and upon their heart all the days of the lives. In fact, this Word would dictate their life.
In Mount Zion, the High Place of the Lord, another WORD was given. This Word was Christ. He is the New Covenant Word. He is our medicine and deliverance. He is how we live unto God. He is not just upon our mind (thoughts), but is the transformation of our mind, and heart. He dwells within our soul.
We live unto God in the Person of Jesus Christ. We do not just live in mere Words, but the Word of God Himself! All things that He says is applied to us. Glory to God. If He says we are righteous, then we are righteous. If He says we are at peace with God. Then we are at peace with God. Let us with all our hearts and minds obtain this Word, and let Him fill our hearts in the Glory that He is. Hallelujah!
John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

The Feasts of the Lord - Pentecost IV - The Covenant
Saturday Oct 30, 2021
Saturday Oct 30, 2021
The word Pentecost means fifty. Fifty days after Passover the children of Israel were again gathered unto the Lord at Mt. Sinai. Here they received the law. Here they received the Covenant. At Mount Sinai, Paul wrote in Galatians the Covenant gendered to bondage. In Mount Zion, the Covenant was unto the freedom of the Spirit.
We who are in Christ are free from sin and death, and its penalties In this Covenant of Life we stand in Christ is the Word we have received and we live in, In the New Covenant. Glory to God.

Life In Christ Jesus
I am Wayne Shelton the Pastor of New Life Tabernacle, a gathering of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ located in Culpeper, VA. I have been in Ministry for over 20 years and declare the Revelation of Jesus Christ to the Body of Christ. The aim and purpose of Ministry is to edify the Body of Christ, that the believer may grow in the knowledge of the Lord and come to the full stature of the Son of God as declared in Ephesians Chapter 3. The heart of this Ministry is that the believer may come to an inward knowing of the Lord Jesus Christ. Not simply that Christ is my heart, which is a part of the knowing, but the full measure of what He is within us, which operates to conform us and transform us into His very nature and character by the Word of God and the working of the Spirit of the Lord.
Colossians 2:9&10 "9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:"
Colossians 2 is a very powerful scripture, declaring the believer’s completion in the Lord Jesus Christ. However, many believers do not feel complete, or understand the work the Lord did on the cross. From Sunday to Sunday many believers struggle, not understanding the depth and degree of the work of the cross. It is our aim to bring you into this fellowship of God’s dear Son and His Work that He completed on the cross. Paul declared "That I might know Him, and the power of His Resurrection." His desire was that believers' hearts would turn from world, including religion to a heart that would cry, “I might know Him!” With this turning, there is an assurance that the Lord will give us the desires of the heart. So, understanding that He becomes our desire, the Lord Jesus will fill us with Himself with the very essence and nature of Him that we may know the greatness of our salvation in Jesus Christ our Lord, and declare it in the earth.
May the Lord Jesus be declared and manifested in His Body, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ
